Finally found a spot that ticks all the boxes! Le Noodle Bar at Kovan is an absolute must-visit. First off — pet parents, rejoice! They have a sheltered outdoor seating area with fans, so it's super comfortable for both you and your furkid. They even provide water bowls, and there's plenty of space for strollers too. My Teddy 🧸 felt right at home! Now let's talk about the food — their handmade noodles are seriously the best in town. The menu is modern Asian fusion with a "No Pork No Lard" policy, making it accessible for everyone. You can tell they use premium ingredients, and every dish feels refined yet comforting. The cherry on top? 🍻 All-day alcohol happy hour! Yes, you read that right — happy hour all day long. Pair that with ice-cold beer and their delicious noodles, and you've got yourself a perfect meal. And here's the kicker — NO GST and NO Service Charge! In this economy, that's practically unheard of. Your bill is exactly what you see on the menu. Service was warm and attentive, the ambiance is modern and inviting, and the hours are super convenient (open 11 AM to 12 AM daily). Whether you're a pet owner, a noodle lover, or just someone looking for great value with a drink in hand — Le Noodle Bar at Kovan is the place to be!

Pawsitively Perfect! We brought our dog, Teddy, to Hello Arigato at Bukit Timah, and it was an absolute hit! The sheltered outdoor area is wonderfully pet-friendly—Teddy had the time of his life strutting his stuff on the pebbles and was so busy exploring that he refused to sit down. The service crew were incredibly sweet and attentive, and the food? Absolutely delicious. We devoured the mentaiko pasta (loaded with tobiko!), and the cheesecake was so irresistibly good that I couldn't stop eating it. We'll definitely be back for the great vibes and amazing grub. Bonus: they offer islandwide delivery too!

A place where my dog judges my food choices out loud. Surrey Hills Grocer at Vivo is dangerous. Not because of the prices (though, ouch), but because I can bring my Teddy, order overpriced truffle fries, and pretend I'm a sophisticated expat for an afternoon. The Catcha Matcha is a must-try. Go ahead and order it—just be prepared for your dog to stare at you with utter betrayal when you don't drop $15 on a gourmet bowl of dog ice cream for him. The food genuinely delivers—we devoured the Red Wine Wagyu Beef Cheek (absolutely melt-in-your-mouth) and the Laksa Prawn Risotto, which wasn't too spicy but packed a creamy, dangerously addictive punch. The staff didn't even flinch when my Teddy kept asking to be carried around like the royalty he thinks he is. Honestly, it's so nice browsing fancy Australian pantry goods while my dog gets more attention from the waitstaff than I do.

If you’re looking for a place that wraps you in comfort the moment you walk in, this cafe is it. The environment is incredibly cozy—warm, inviting, and just like being at home. Best of all, it’s pet-friendly indoors with air conditioning. As long as your furry friend stays in a bag or stroller, they’re welcome to join you. No need to leave them outside in the heat. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Have you ever tried curry chicken with olive oil? It’s a must. The flavors are unique and unforgettable. Another standout is the black pepper chicken steak with spicy thick sauce – my personal favourite. Tender, bold, and packed with just the right kick. You also can’t leave without trying their Jasmine Green Tea with Sea Salt Cream Cheese Cloud. The aroma lingers beautifully, staying with you long after your last sip. As for service, I’d give them a solid 5 stars – truly number one in my book.

If you're looking for authentic Filipino cuisine that's also pet-friendly, this place is such a gem. I loved being able to find so many traditional dishes that you don't often see elsewhere, making the whole experience feel extra special. It's also a wonderful spot to gather with family and friends, share comforting food, and create memories together. The pet-friendly setup is a huge bonus for those who love bringing their furry companions along. And don't skip dessert, it was one of the highlights of the meal and the perfect sweet ending! 🇵🇭🐾🍨
